Friday 23rd of September marks the Autumn Equinox for those in the Northern Hemisphere. As the leaves start to gradually change to glorious golds and burnt oranges so too are we undergoing a metamorphosis.

Autumn teaches us that there is much beauty in change. After the heady summer heights the energy starts to shift from yang to yin. Dance Goddess Dance - The Harvest is your place to give thanks for what has been and to allow what doesn't serve to fall away.

Dance Goddess Dance is an ecstatic dance experience for women. It’s a beautifully supportive, loving space for you to dance freely without judgements. The music is carefully curated to take you on a journey of discovery with your body. The intention is that you come away feeling deeply embodied, alive and powerful. A sharing circle is a crucial part where we listen to one another without trying to fix the woman speaking. Our hearts are gently opened with the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao allowing for more honest expression through both words and movement.
