After the incredible success of the first Nourish & Connect I’m thrilled to have the next date available to book.

On Sunday 30th May we’ll indulge in all of the good stuff for total nourishment; meditation, journaling, dynamic yoga and free dance in the sunshine. We will practice behind the W hotel in Barceloneta with stunning sea views. This is an opportunity to liberate your heart and connect with one another in the glorious great outdoors. To feel the energy and aliveness pulsating throughout your body!
